      The application fee could be paid cash directly on the special desk just before the competition performance of the candidate at the “Andrei Stoyanov” Community and Music Center 62 Iskar str., Sofia,1000, Bulgaria.

      N.B. Dear participants, for faster and better processing of your documents, PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR THE DEADLINE TO SEND THEM. The agglomeration of applications at the last moment, makes difficulties for our staff and possible mistakes, which could provoke delay of the final edit of the traditional booklet with the participants and their program.
